Tamil Fitness Motivation was co-founded in September 2014 by Kunabalasingam and his family, with the mission to promote fitness, health, and motivation among Tamil-speaking communities worldwide.
Our content includes fitness exercise videos, healthy cooking tutorials, motivational programs, and television collaborations with IBC Tamil Television, TET Canada Television, and other international broadcasters.
